SADDER WINS!
The Corner Media’s production of SADDER by Nik Day won its first film festival award (in its first film festival appearance) on June 13th, 2012. Competing against 8 other music videos (with budgets well beyond ours!). “SADDER” had a working budget of less then $25, swept the competition to win BEST MUSIC VIDEO in the 2012 LOS ANGELES NEW MEDIA FILM FESTIVAL.
SADDER will compete again next week in the FEAR NO FILM FESTIVAL as part of the Utah Arts Festival (more info to come).
Celebrate by watching the video again and rest assured that we are hard at work on Nik’s next video.
Kenny’s CRAZY Timeline
Thought you’d get a kick out of this. This is a 15 layer timeline for Kenny’s new video. True, I could have multi-clipped it, but I like to see all my footage and enable or re-enable the clips at an instance and I find this the best way to edit. I laid down each track and then went and “bladed” them all at each beat. That’s why it looks so funky.
